Dear President Bush: I watched with dismay your announcement for your tax relief plan. May I ask which planet you are living on? It is very nice that you've decided to target 1% of our country's GDP to correcting the economic mess we're in. But frankly, I don't see what this is going to do? 1% is miniscule when we stack it up against the waste brought on by our involvement in wars that are draining our country's coffers and diverting funds that belong to the American people.
