I would be remiss if I didn't wish you a happy New Year.
I'm not about to encourage you to make your New Year resolutions and to stick with them. There are plenty of others who will do that.
Rather, I will share my own personal approach. It's simple. Each morning take just a minute to be thankful for the new day that lies ahead. Then focus on each minute remembering that it is your present…never to be relived again.
Each today is special. There's no point in agonizing over the past that can't be changed – or being concerned about the future which will come soon enough.
Live this moment to the fullest and have a great today and a better tomorrow.
