Excellence or Perfection – Which for 2011?

Sharing, today an interesting clip I saved years ago. I'm not saying it's right or wrong. But, it might provide food for thought: Excellence is willing to be wrong. Perfection is being wrong. Excellence is risk. Perfection is fear. Excellence is powerful. Perfection is anger and frustration. Excellence is spontaneous. Perfection is control. Excellence is accepting. Perfection is judgment.
