e I’ve had several dogs in the past, I’ve come to appreciate the mellow disposition of cats.
They are the perfect pets for those of us who spend time doing crafts or writing. And they’re perfect pets for those of us who have arrived at the point in our lives when we can finally learn that life doesn’t have to be busy all the time. They remind us that quiet time is time to connect with our inner selves – a time to appreciate who we are rather than just what we do.
I recommend that those who are adjusting to an empty nest, consider a cat to fill the void.
